Hi! Sorry for the late reply! I think you need the visual cpp runtime on the PC: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170. Could you download the one for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022?
